DELIVERY PERIOD AND QUANTITY

Quantity : 4,000 MT (+/- 10%) option seller / Shipment 4 months.
After the first delivery the quantity can be upgrade up to 10.000 MT per Month.
The total contractual quantity shall be made 48,000MT (+/- 10%) (4,000MT (+/- 10%)/ Month). First shipment of 4,000MT (+/- 10%) by the middle of August 08. One years contract of total 48,000MT (+/- 10%) to be delivered by 12 shipments.

Loading rate : 5,000 MT / day
Packing : In Bulk
Period : Seller will deliver to buyer after contract

Signed maximum 10days a total of 4,000 MT of goods. This goods has to be loaded onto jetty/port or buyer’s stockpile in East Kalimantan

PAYMENT

1) Booking Fee
After signing this contract the Buyer shall pay USD.5,000.- ( Five Thousand American Dollar ) for booking fee.

2) Final Payment
After finished loaded the goods onto the jetty/port, the Buyer shall pay the rest of Full payment for each lot of 1,000 MT.

The weight certificate issued by PT. SUCOFINDO INDONESIA / PT.CCIC INDONESIA together with the certificate of analysis of sample and the percentage of the free moisture loss at 105 degrees centigrade issued by PT. SUCOFINDO INONESIA / PT.CCIC INDONESIA shall be basis for seller’s original invoice.
